With an academic degree in Real Estate (M.R.E.) and over 40 years of extensive experience, he has built a solid foundation in real estate entrepreneurship, commercial real estate analysis, asset management, and property management.

Over the past four decades, Erez has served in leadership and management roles across various global companies. His entrepreneurial spirit has always guided him towards achieving collective success, fostering growth, and delivering tangible results.

Eden Michael Alstein, Co-Founder & Chief of Engineering

Eden Michael Alstein is a seasoned leader in international real estate development, with a strong track record of managing complex construction projects for a prominent construction company. As a partner in a global development team, Eden leverages his extensive expertise in engineering, architectural processes, legal compliance, and project supervision to oversee all facets of construction. Holding a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA in Business Management and Real Estate, he ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
